I was blown away, as in FANTASTIC, finally somebody who sees the way everybody should be speaking when they’re in an industry where they work with people. I’m much more comfortable in the way I talk with people in a sales event, now. Market Makers gave me the tools, and verbiage, and language to really, really connect on another level of conversation. I kinda like the thought that I always did that, but I could definitely see from the training that there were things I was not doing that helped me improve in the way I now speak with customers. I was very, very pleased with the Market Makers approach, and how to have it become a natural state in my talking with people.

I’ve never had systems that tracked this in depth detail before. I like getting excited about what I’m doing, the progress, and keeping track of it! I like to see how much money I’m bringing it. But it also help me to monitor where I am for the month. I know where I need to push harder to meet my goals, and what to focus on. It’s definitely fantastic to have proof of numbers when I’m not doing well, or if something is not working, I’m able to see what my struggle is instead of just wondering where I might be slipping. The Market Makers Sales Management tools makes it easier to find what I need to focus on, and where my strengths and weaknesses are.

Market Makers Sales Management program is very motivating…they give positive feedback, and constructive criticism. I never feel like I’m not good enough at my job…if there is something I need to work on, they have a great approach so it’s not negative. I think that’s really important as a manager to know how to talk to their people and keep them motivated, but still be able to give them that constructive criticism that they need so they can grow and be better at what they do. And that’s probably one of the most difficult parts, is, how do you tell someone they need to work on something and not have them feel bad about it. And I’ve never felt bad, I’ve always felt, “great this is going to help me more!”
